2023 FRC Season – ChargedUp

2023, marked our triumphant return to the world of robotics after our rookie year. Armed with better organization and determination, our team has crafted a more competitive robot. This journey has served as an invaluable learning curve, setting the stage for our future endeavors.

We were selected to join an Alliance in both of our district competitions. We are grateful Team 78 (AirStrike) and Team 319 (BOB) for their pick at the Rhode Island event. Additionally, a special thanks goes to Team 125 (Nutrons) and Team 3467 (Windham Windup) for their trust in us during the Greater Boston event.

The 2023 season has been a testament to our dedication, teamwork, and the unyielding spirit of innovation that defines our high school robotics program. We can’t wait to continue our journey.

2022 FRC Season – Rapid React

2022 marked our first season competing in FRC, and it was a significant milestone for our team. It was the first time we successfully assembled a complete robot, a task that proved to be both challenging and rewarding.

The journey was not easy, as we dedicated many weekends and even had our share of last-minute late nights to accomplish our goal. Despite the challenges, we persevered and successfully built our robot, demonstrating our commitment and teamwork.

Being in the pit with other teams for the first time was an unforgettable experience. It was a blast to connect with fellow competitors, share our passion for robotics, and learn from one another. This season was just the beginning of our FRC journey, and we look forward to more exciting opportunities and growth in the years to come.

Rapid React – The Game

Rapid React is played by two alliances of three teams each, with each team controlling a robot and completing specific actions in order to score points. The game revolves around both alliances shooting inflatable balls known as Cargo into a central Hub and climbing within their Hangars at the end of the match. The overall objective of each match is to score more points than the opposing alliance before the match ends.

2021 FRC Season – Infinite Recharge

In 2021, our team was officially registered for the first time, although we did not participate in any competitions. This year marked the beginning of our journey, as we focused on establishing our organization and delving into the world of FIRST Robotics, learning what it truly entails.

Infinite Recharge – The Game

The game centers around a futuristic city theme involving two alliances consisting of three teams each competing to perform various tasks, including shooting foam balls known as Power Cells into high and low goals to activate a Shield Generator, manipulating a Control Panel to activate this shield, and returning to the Shield Generator to park or climb at the end of the match. The objective is to energize and activate the shield before the match ends and asteroids strike FIRST City, a futuristic city modeled after Star Wars.
